Invisible mixed multibrackets technique
Smiletech Top is a computer guided system for the management of fixed orthodontic treatment, both buccal and lingual, to be used in combination with Smiletech’s clear aligners.
SmileTech Top is able to project, using dedicated softwares, a dental alignment to be treated with fixed (multi-brackets) or mixed (aligners + multi-brackets) techniques.
The same set up will contain the development of invisible aligners for an arch and indirect bonding (IDB) for the opposing arch.
The combinated planning of the treatment increases the predictability of the final result and optimizes the inter-arch relationships.

TOP is a computer guided system for the management of fixed orthodontic treatments.
The virtual planning/set up, the digital assisted indirect bonding, and the customization of orthodontic components, help the clinician in choosing the best possible strategy, increasing the predictability of the final result and saving chair time.
TOP brings the dentist to the center of the orthodontic treatment, making him able to take advantage of all the digital tools that modern technology can offer for the treatment management and for the communication with the patient.
The patient will better understand the complexity and effectiveness of the treatment and will see himself as the protagonist.
